After years of exploring the world, the Bored Ape named Monsieur L’Amour
decided to make a permanent home in the serene and picturesque
Uluwatu, located on the island of Bali. This is where he establish his dream project - a luxurious retreat that offers people
from all over the world the opportunity to indulge in life’s pleasures, savor
exquisite cuisines, experience impeccable hospitality, and relish a laidback
and welcoming atmosphere. Thus, he built the Ape Club, a sanctuary
that embodies the very essence of his passion for life and his unwavering
commitment to making every moment count
He asked me to help with his brand identity. So I did. Starting with a logo design based on the likeness of his Bored Ape Yacht Club portrait. From there we developed a colour palette, vernacular patterns, photographic style, menus, staff clothing and digital assets to reflect the idyllic setting and brand experience on offer.
